Impressions from the Premiere at One World Prague

A big thank you to everyone who made the world premiere and repeat screenings of I'm Not Afraid in Prague into an unforgettable experience!
It was incredible to have a full house and finally experience the film on the big screen and get a chance to discuss it with people who have seen it for the first time.

Although assisted suicide is not the easiest subject to speak about, much less to show on film, receiving such a positive response to our documentary from the audience means the world to us.

We want to thank the team of Jeden svět / One World for the chance to premiere the film as part of this year's beautifully curated selection, the audience for their incisive and interesting questions during the discussions, our CineCrowd supporters as well as the Nederlands Filmfonds, NVVE, VSBfonds and Amsterdams Fonds voor de Kunst, without whose support this film could have not been realized, our protagonists dr. Polak and the late Mrs. L, who have generously let us into their lives to document the very difficult process of assisted suicide, and finally, our crew who have supported us during the almost 4 years of production.

We hope for many, many more screenings to come!
